Project Overview

The Gallery (Eye Street) is an 8-story mixed-use development featuring 117 residential units and ground-floor retail.

The project is organized across two towers connected by an elevated bridge, along with six historic townhomes that will be fully renovated as part of the development.  The residential buildings and townhomes are arranged around a landscaped mews and a pedestrian alley.

Eye Street represents the second phase of a two-phase development, following H Street, which delivered 72 residential units and approximately 5,250 square feet of ground-floor retail.

Located just a half block from the Gallery Place–Chinatown Metro Station, The Gallery sits at the center of Washington, DC’s 18-hour downtown entertainment district.
