DANNY BROOKER
Danny Brooker is the Director of Acquisitions and Investment Sales at Monument Retail. He is responsible for building Monument’s urban retail portfolio focusing on the acquisition of retail assets throughout the Washington, DC MSA. Danny also leads the investment sales team representing owners, investors and institutional clients in the acquisition, disposition and 1031 exchange of retail assets nationwide. Since starting his career in 2008 Danny has represented clients in the closing of 100+ transactions across 30 states, amassing over $300M+ in transactional value.
Prior to joining Monument Retail in 2016, Danny brokered out of Marcus & Millichap, Colliers International and KLNB Retail. Danny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from The George Washington University; where he was also a four-year member of their NCAA division 1 golf team. He is licensed in DC, Maryland and Virginia and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Danny has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from George Washington University.

Sam Hott has been in the industry since 1981 and joined Monument Realty in 2005. As engineering manager, he oversees all building engineers as well as third-party engineering contracts. Sam is also involved in tenant build-outs and works closely with construction managers on new projects to review plans for any work or alterations made to the buildings. Sam is a designated Washington, DC 3rd-Class Stationary Steam Engineer.

NATALIE HASNY
Natalie Hasny has served as director of sales for Monument Realty since 2004, managing and executing the sales of more than 1,100 residential transactions totaling over $500 million. As a licensed associate broker in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia, as well as a licensed salesperson in Florida, Natalie is well versed in the operations of the real estate market. Her years in the service industry have provided her a great understanding of the intricacies of making deals and the mechanics of building relationships. Natalie's extensive network of contacts in the real estate industry and related services enable her to bring the highest level of comprehensive real estate services to clients. Properties she has successfully sold at Monument Realty include The Watergate, The Odyssey, Chase at Bethesda, and Potomac Place. Natalie has a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in French from the University of Maryland.

Lewis Kelly is the Director of Acquisitions at Monument Realty. On a typical day, he focuses on sourcing investment opportunities and structuring the capital stack, working closely with partners to oversee due diligence and execute deals throughout the entire cycle. Lewis has been involved in the acquisition of development sites and existing properties totaling over 2 million square feet, including key projects such as 2201 Wisconsin Ave NW, 2401 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Chinatown Row, and others across the Washington region.
Lewis brings eight years of experience to the real estate industry. His expertise spans multifamily, office-to-residential conversions, life sciences, and hospitality. Lewis earned a degree in Economics from Syracuse University and an MBA from Georgetown University.

RYAN KIM
As a development manager at Monument Realty, Ryan is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the development projects, managing through the entire development lifecycle, including entitlement, design, construction, lease-up/stabilization, and capitalization. Ryan works closely with Monument Realty’s in-house acquisitions, construction and leasing teams, and third-party design consultants, contractors, and local municipalities to expand Monument Realty’s portfolio in the Washington, DC market. He brings experience in real estate development, construction management, acquisitions, asset management, and civil engineering to his role. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and is the treasurer of the school’s DC alumni group.

AJ Luce is the Vice President of Development at Monument Realty. AJ has been heavily involved in high-profile projects such as The Gallery, Chinatown Row, SoNYa, V Street, Bloom Montgomery Village, The Shaw, and Riverside Square, helping ensure impactful growth for the firm’s development portfolio.

Kevin McCormick is the Vice President of Construction at Monument Realty. On a typical day, he focuses on the design and construction of Monument’s developments, working through every stage from feasibility and budgeting to final delivery. Kevin has been involved in several notable projects, including SoNYa, The Gallery, Riverside Square, The Avidian, and the Monument Innovation Center, helping ensure the highest standards of quality.
Kevin's deep technical background and hands-on expertise in the full development cycle continue to shape Monument’s construction strategy. Kevin earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University.

Angie Mayle
Angie Mayle has been with Monument Realty since 1999 and is the head of our accounting department, overseeing all accounting functions from the daily operations to the monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and filings. One of the company’s longest-serving employees, Angie has been involved in the accounting for every project in our portfolio. Additionally, she handles human resources and related items such as payroll and insurance. Angie has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Maryland.

As the chief engineer at Monument Realty, Mark's responsibilities include the engineering and building operations, building owner punch-out inspections, and the commissioning, starting up, and managing of on-site construction. With his team, he also coordinates base building renovations, improvements, repairs, and special projects. Mark brings broad experience in construction and engineering to his role as chief engineer.

He has actively closed $500M+ over 100+ transactions representing buyers, sellers and 1031 exchange clients nationwide.

ROBIN SPEAR
Robin Spear brings nearly two decades of property management experience to her role at Monument Realty. As Vice President of Property Management, Robin oversees Monument Realty’s diverse portfolio of office and retail properties to ensure the integrity and value of each asset is in accordance with Monument Realty’s values and standards. She directly oversees the day-to-day operations of the portfolio while monitoring the financial health and performance of each asset. Robin holds an RPA® designation from the Building and Office Management Institute (BOMI) and is LEED-certified for Building Operations and Maintenance (LEED AP O+M). Robin received her Bachelor of Science from James Madison University.

Allison Fuglestad is an Assistant Property Manager at Monument Realty. On a typical day, she focuses on the management of Riverside Shopping Center, Chinatown Row, and Rosslyn Overlook, working closely with tenants and vendors to ensure these properties operate efficiently. Allison has been involved in major initiatives including the construction of the 100M Conference Center and the acquisition of Chinatown Row and 2201 Wisconsin Avenue, helping ensure successful property transitions.
Allison brings three years of experience to property management. Before joining Monument Realty, she worked at Bernstein Management as an Assistant Residential Property Manager, where she gained hands-on expertise in the residential market. Allison earned a degree in Political Science from Purdue University/Mary Baldwin University and is a Notary Public.

Nick Stott is a Construction Project Manager at Monument Realty. Nick has been involved in significant projects such as The Gallery (H St & Eye St), the 2401 Pennsylvania Ave office-to-residential conversion, and the 2201 Wisconsin Avenue office-to-residential conversion, helping ensure high-quality delivery.
Nick brings six years of experience to the construction industry. Before joining Monument Realty, he worked at Lincoln Property Company as a Construction Manager, where he supported office and industrial owners across the DMV with major capital improvements. Nick earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University.

Nick King is a Financial Analyst at Monument Realty. On a typical day, he focuses on assisting in the sourcing, underwriting, financing, due diligence, and management of Monument projects, while maintaining rent, sale, and lease-up comparables to provide the team with accurate market data.
Before joining Monument Realty, he worked at WREAA Funds L.P. as part of a Private Equity Track, where he sourced and underwrote syndicated real estate investment opportunities from an LP perspective. Nick earned both an MS in Real Estate and Urban Economics and a BS in Financial Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
